What is creative depth-oriented therapy?
Creative depth-oriented therapy is insight driven and collaborative, combining imagination and structure to help people overcome creative blocks, anxiety, and self-doubt with compassion and curiosity. Drawing from contemporary psychoanalysis, creative arts-based therapies , and contemplative traditions, we uncover what may be limiting growth and open space for reflection. We use mindfulness and free association to attend to what’s emerging in your inner and outer world — dreams, creative struggles, relationship patterns, symbols, and memories — to understand their meaning and help navigate life challenges.
Who do you work with?
My clients are curious, self-directed, and often accomplished in their fields. Many seek support when facing creative blocks, anxiety, or uncertainty about next steps. I work best with those who are:
– Creatively driven—artists, writers, musicians, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals
– Insight-oriented and reflective
– Spiritually or philosophically minded
– Motivated for growth with honesty and humor
– Seeking renewed depth and purpose
